Toby is a serial entrepreneur, service alignment expert, and teacher.  His two decades of executive leadership experience have focused primarily on technology-enabled services, which have won numerous awards for their innovative approach to leveraging technology to improve service.

During that time Toby has invested an enormous part of himself to master the best practices of the truly ‘remarkable.  Toby is a teacher and coach at heart whose greatest satisfaction has been sharing his learning and his gift for simplification to help other’s realize their dreams.

After 25 years of intensive study and real world application Toby has finally turned his complete focus to teaching and sharing what he has learned about the elements of ‘remarkability’.  The Remarkable Project, founded by Toby, is forging an elite tribe of entrepreneurial minded people that are committed to helping him redefine service delivery and wealth creation.

It has always been Toby’s dream to start an entrepreneurship school to fill the tremendous gap between what school teaches and how the real world works.  But his goal is to not just teach, the goal of the Remarkable Project is to create an ongoing support system to ensure that its members succeed in implementing what they learn.

The Remarkable Project is intended to become open source.  Through a certification program, qualified coaches can earn affiliate status to use the Remarkable MethodTM in their practice.  The decision to make the Remarkable Project an open source organization is a component of the Remarkable Manifesto.
