Some business leaders tell me that they already have a tribe.
When I ask what their purpose is, they’re not sure. When I ask how committed and loyal they are, I get a sheepish grin, head scratching and a shoulder shrug.
It’s ok if you haven’t begun to weave your circle into a connected purpose driven tribe…until you learn what a true tribe is and why it’s becoming a strategic necessity…then it’s not ok.
Once you know, once you experience the power of tribe…you hafta, you gotta, you must go do it.
I don’t care how uninspiring you may think your business or industry may be, if you are serving people they are looking to connect.
There is a void of true leadership and purpose in the business today.
Your tribe is waiting.
